We significantly changed our “go to market” strategy, from a Master Reseller, to a partnership model that directly involves small and medium size marketing Agencies. From a technological point of view, we embraced Artificial Intelligence by releasing two products that we deem to be strategic for our future: ADA X, the upgraded version of ADA, and ALGHO, a platform for creating advanced Virtual Assistants. The first quarter of the year marked a new record in terms of subscriptions, with an 11% increase compared to the first quarter of 2018. MRR (Monthly, Recurring, Revenue) for March and QRR (Quarterly Recurring Revenue) for Q1 2019 were respectively 360K and 1,080K with a +3% compared to December and Q4 2018 (351K and 1,052K). From a financial point of view, we were very satisfied with the reduction in operating costs in line with our plan to lower the CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) by improving the quality of leads generated while increasing the conversion rate between demos and subscriptions.
